Hey all, today I've had the luxury of being able to review Asus's DSL-N55U Wireless router paired with their USB-N53 wireless network adapter. Thank you to Geno for writing most of this, as I only had time for testing and pics, due to work commitments We hope in the near future to bring you some reviews on the latest Asus 7970 matrix, which we’re super excited about along with some possible monitor and motherboard reviews.Īs mentioned this area is really our bread and butter and we cannot wait to bring you guys some more reviews and results.Īnyway let’s get into it. We will keep our reviews within our scope of knowledge, this leads me to the review below, Geno and I have done our best with these bits of networking gear, but by no means is it our strong area of expertise, so we have tried to shape our breakdown to hopefully appeal to other people in the same boat looking for some new networking gear. Geno and I hope to one day, if we can fund it, to build a website and bring you guys all the latest enthusiast gear reviews and results but lets not get to far ahead of ourselves! Geno and I are both owners of our own company's in the landscaping and construction industry but hope to one day be involved in something like this on a part time basis as we see it as a passionate hobby So when this opportunity was presented to us, as most people would, we jumped on it! The bonus for Geno and I, including OCAU is we get some of the latest gear to tinker with and share our findings with the community we've grown to loveĪs some of you may know, Geno and I are into our enthusiast gear, mainly overclocking anything we can get our hands on and dealing with the latest and greatest graphics cards. Just a bit of background before we get into the review, Geno and I have been given the chance to receive Asus gear on the basis we provide feedback about the products direct to Asus, Thus helping them iron out certain issues etc.
